Track Overview

Croft Circuit is the primary track day and race circuit for Yorkshire and the North East. Built on a former RAF base, it is flat and fast with a mix of long straights and technical corners. Croft is the closest full-length circuit to riders based in Yorkshire and County Durham.

Circuit Layout & Key Corners

Clervaux

A fast, sweeping right-hander at the end of the main straight. Commitment is rewarded here.

Hairpin

The tight hairpin at the end of the back section is the main overtaking opportunity at Croft. Hard braking and a late apex.

Who Is This Track Good For?

Novice

Croft is manageable for riders with one or two previous track days behind them. The layout is relatively straightforward.

Intermediate

A good circuit for building pace — the mix of fast and slow corners provides clear development opportunities.

Advanced

Fast laps require commitment through the fast sections and precise technique in the braking zones.
